Because I read every post in every "month's" thread so I keep abreast of what is happening. (wink wink)

 

NVC has been doing this for the past 3 months. Every other week on Tuesday and Wednesday. After this week the next shipment will be 12/11 and 12/12.

Don't call again today. Try again tomorrow. I recommend that when you do call make it in the evening where the days work has been posted. Better results.

Interview date set for December 12th at the Madrid Embassy. Couldn't be happier (for now), I’m pretty sure I will be way happier when I get my visa in hand!! But hey, one step closer!! Good luck to everyone else in this long proccess. 👏🏾😁

We already got the nvc case number today and says its “at nvc”. Some says we have to wait for nvc “ready” before we move some says we can already schedule the interview or medical just make a week or two allowance on the date so as it will be done after nvc is at “ready” status. With the case number you cans start now with interview payment, DS-160 and medical to name a few. Schedule your interview for about 6 weeks out if you schedule it this week. That will give you plenty of time to get USEM to set your case to "ready" condition.

2. Here is information for USEM and the interview to help you along the way.

 

Once you receive your case number and your case has been set to READY at CEAC it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get done. To smooth that trail for you I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

 

You'll need your Eligibility Letter, which is emailed from USEM. Here is an example of what it looks like http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/embassy-letter.html

 

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course, it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps, he includes the what, when and why to complete the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

I literally just got off the phone with them and I'm a Nov 14 too, they said case number has been assigned a while ago so I called at a good time. I think you should try again! Good luck 

@Greenbaum I FINALLY have case number, will I make it to HOLY shipment tomorrow or the day after? The very kind lady on the call seemed to be giving me vibes to brace for embassy stage lol

I don't suppose I am the only one who has been pointlessly putting the NVC number on ceac.... for the past 2 weeks.  I'm so familiar with that "at NVC" status.  Hoping to see a new status this week.

Ok. It's a new week and fresh cases with case numbers are heading out to the Embassies. I hope everyone is on board for this trip. Starts Tuesday and Wednesday. Be sure to check the CEAC website for status updates.

 

If you want an advance copy of your Embassy P3 letter just hit me up as I have most.

 

You can track you package from NVC to your Embassy by using this little trick. Caution: All of the cases on this shipment for your Embassy will include your case as well as others. So this shipment is not just your case file. Please don't ask "is my case in that shipment"!

 

Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

 

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A  (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Manila (Works for any Country Just replace the city where the Embassy is located)

No one can say with any certainty whether you will be on the shipment or not. Just have to wait and see. Check ceac.state.gov. Select "immigrant" and then enter your case number and you will see "transit, received and ready" as your status.
