Sorry for the late reply. 

When I booked (Nov 14th) the first available date was Dec 11. I booked for Dec 14 :) So I think the waiting time is roughly 3-4 weeks   

NOA1 - 4/11/2018 (New site 04/16/2018)

NVC Receive - 10/29/2018 

NVC Case Number - 11/2/2018

Case left NVC - 11/13/2018
Embassy received - 11/19/2018

Hi, I am currently process of filling DS-160, Question... on this question... 

 

Q: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration service? 

 

Do I supposed to say 'YES'? as this means for this K1 process? and explain regarding this K1 process with WAC number and NVC case number? 

Sorry I was not 120% sure how to answer this question, It is much appreciated if anyone could help me.

The key word is FILED. Not approved or completed. So has anyone ever FILED for you besides your current petitioner (in this case,  you = beneficiary). If so YES, if not NO. Most answer it NO as they have never had a case FILED for them prior to their current petitioner.

@Greenbaum hello I got this from friend who processed in 2016 'the requirement for the US Embassy Iraq  regarding the Fiance Visa ( is that pack 3 or 4 ?) , it seems I wont be able to submit the DS-160 , or book interview at the Embassy till they ask me to do so( can you enlight me please maybe I am wrong ?) ? Also they only accept cash for the Visa on the say of interview ! here I have attached the pdf file as you request .. Please advise me what should I do ? Thank you in advance . 

P.S. 

if the Visa journey website can add Iraq , US Embassy Baghdad to the list will be great too .

A maiden name would imply you are married, so that does not apply to you.

I found information that for l-864 form it would be $20,575.
