August 2018 IR2/CR2 filers

My husband file I-130 for my two sons and I forgot to put passport photo of them in the packet. Does someone here have done this? I’m afraid I’ll have an RFE? 😭😭😭

You dont need a passport photo in filing I-130 neither during the NVC stage. They need it during interview. I didn't submit my daughter's photo on both so i'm sure you will be fine. I just got my case completed last Sept. 27 and awaiting interview date now.

Hi could you say if you got your interview date and how long was the entire process for you? And one last question. Does nvc sends you a package to your child or do you go through the 6 steps on the nvc timeline. I was reading ir2 visa steps and it say that nvc send you a package, but regular cr1 spouse visa you go through the 6 steps. Could you confirm

When did he file and did you receive noa2 ? My husband also filed for our son in October and we are current 4months in waiting on noa2
