Have you received an email from NVC saying they are working with the US Consulate in Montreal to schedule your interview and they have received all the docs and payments? If yes, when was it? Sorry for asking too much, Thank you.

So I just called the NVC because my friend with pd of Oct 2016 and docs qualified in July 2018 got a schedule. This is what I was told. The PD doesnt count once you got docs qualified because they will check who has the earilest docs qualified date. I am docs qualified in Oct 2018 and my Pd is JUNE 2016...

Hi..was your friend from Canada? What was his Cc date?

Yes he is from Canada, Canadian citizen from India, his CC is mid July 2018and his pd is Oct 2016. Did you try to call NVC? is your Pd current?

Yeah..I called them few times..they're telling my date isn't current yet and told me to call back in Feb for next month visa bulletin

it looks like Jimmy the tulip above who got an interview had a CC complete in September..so that's interesting if they go by docs qualified date or PD date.
