NVC Filers - October 2018

Hey everyone, I submitted all of the financial documents (petitioner and joint sponsor + household member) on Friday. Now I logged in and had 5 notifications that a bunch of documents were rejected because they weren't readable and to resubmit a better scan and I realized that I made the files too small so they became blurry. I fixed the mistake and would love to resubmit those documents but only two actually say "rejected" and let me replace them. The rest is still "submitted" even though I got a message about them being rejected as well. Now I just went ahead and uploaded the rest under "additional documents". Do you think this will work or do I have to call to make sure I can replace the old documents?

which documents we can use as a proff of domicile of joint sponsor(household member)??? is driving licence or tax transcripts okay for this purpose or we need to submit any additional document?

Wow that was fast. You submitted on Friday and they are already working on it. 

I’m not sure about you documents but you can always call NVC and clarify.

 

I sudmitted my AOS documents on Thursday so hopefully I’ll be hearing something soon. My other documents and DS 260 were already approved last month.

I am the petitioner/sponsor and I submitted bank statesmenta, student loan statements, letter from my mom saying we will be living in her house, also submitted proof of my voting registrations. All of these had US address on them.

Hey everyone, if I get a CC this week does that mean I could potentially get interview date for December? From what I read on this thread they will still be scheduling the first week of Nov for December?

Andy. You seems to know it all. Lol. Will be needing you at my NVC stage they already received case for about 3 weeks now waiting for invoice so I can proceed.
