Yes I did and they rejected my I-864 cause my signature was there but the date wasn’t and I have re-submit again which is not good cause my case will be delayd till they review it..I’m gonna give em a call tonight before midnight to speak with an agent and see if they can take a look and get a case completed and just wait for the interview ...thank you for your response...how long did them take to review your document ..??

Any ideas how long it takes NVC to review and approve (hopefully!) all submitted docs to CEAC?

Then once it's Case Complete, how does the interview allocation work? I've read they allocate at the end of the month but if they allocate at the end of say, November does that mean the interview date would be December or January?

Thanks in advance :)

1. The individual consulates notify NVC of available interview dates.  These date are generally 1 to 2 months out (but not always).

2. NVC then assigns dates and NVC notifies petitioner/agent/interviewee of interview date and time.

3. After notification, correspondence moves to the consulate level. (rescheduling, letter of requirements, etc)

At NVC stage.. u have to click on the tab that says add household member once you do that it will ask some info from HHM,u have to wait one hour for NVC to approve that, then you will be able to see your HHM name and you’ll see what documents they from who ever is the HHM...that’s very easy to do ,I’m pretty sure u won’t get confused, steps are very easy...but if you still have any question just feel free to ask..!!

That surely gives some hope... CC 10/22 but was told to wait for scheduling for December as they are done for November.  Hopefully I hear something soon for November too.

Received email confirmation this morning 10/29 of case complete in queue for an interview.  Hope I can get an interview date soon🙏🏾

Case closed October 2, 2018 but I don't think I will get interview for December like everyone else. 😥 The embassy was closed for several months and they just reopened in September, so there must be a waiting list.
