A. 3 year tax retuns; I see that on the AOS for you have to list 3 years of tax returns and amount. I qualify under the most recent tax returns. Would my previous year tax returns hurt me if the they're not above thepoverty level? I got a great job promotion in April so hope that helps along with my 2018 tax returns.

B. The form says you have to list your adjusted gross income and not just total gross inome. Is this is only for 1099 - Independent Contractors? I'm confused about which income amount to list; I worked as an Independent Contractor most of last year so.I have 1099 and w2s.

PLEASE HELP!

I think your current tax returns of 2017 will work if it's above the Poverty line otherwise you will have to arrange a joint sponsor.

Thanks. My current ADJUSTED income on my tax returns is above the poverty line. So they don't use gross income at all, just adjusted income?

Will my status change once everything had been submitted ??? Or not??? Anyone???

No, it will stay as Submit Documents and will change to AT NVC once you have a CC. Call NVC to check when they have received your documents. It takes up to 3 weeks to review documents.
