I think its different from Country to Country like for Pakistan it's like this

Bring an original valid passport.

Bring letter/document from the national visa center/consular section, indicating visa type and category.

Bring medical, surgical and prescription history documents (if any).

Bring eyeglasses (if applicable)

Bring details of:

Current City

Current Address

Intended City

Intended Address with Zip Code

Bring valid Polio Certificate issued by the Government Hospital / Institute. (*Polio Certificate once issued, be valid for 1 Year)

oh yeah, you are right.

It depends which embassy as I had my medical with London before my case was completed.

London embassy -to book medical requires u have an email with the nvc case number on only.

@Uk2usa2016 hope you’re doing well ☺️

My husband and myself have uploaded all docs on ceac on 3rd of October and just waiting for cc (🤞🏻) should I also book my medical as I am also from London or is it too early ?

Hey 🙂

I was the same. I booked mine when I uploaded to ceac. I booked it 4 weeks in advance but they had availability the week after.

It is valid for 6 months so I would book it and get it out the way. ( just remember to print off the email from nvc or take the letter confirmation)

you should be case conplete in the next 4 weeks at the most 🙂

Guys a little help

I just checked CEAC again, it changed from action required : submit req. docs... ( for few days )

now it says ~ At NVC

what does it mean exactly ? Is it being reviewed? Or what?

Hi Everybody :) we received a checklist for updated IRS transcript but my hubby was advised  to resend document to me so that I can take it to interview and reassured our Case was complete on 5th October.

I have 2 questions in my mind. Can someone answer these for me. Any help will be highly appreciated!! :)

1) Any idea how long is nvc currently taking to schedule interview at Dhaka embassy ?

2) Can I have the list of ALL documents that I'll  need to carry during my interview in future.

I just got a notice saying that USCIS sent my case to Department of State on October 12, 2018. Does anyone know how long it will take to get there from the Potomac Center and how long it will take for my case to be assigned a number at the NVC/Dept of State?
