So, I'm currently doing my DS260. I checked my travel records in my old passport way back from 2011 for my previous travel dates. I was able to find 2 of a total of 3, but the third one was stamped awkwardly, so I couldn't see the date of arrival. I checked my I94 as well and couldn't find a date since the online database wasn't started then. Could I just put a rough estimate? I know I arrived in August. But I do not know when exactly. I don't even remember if it's the start of August or the end.

Also, the Civil Documents under my Applicant Information on the NVC website says N/A. Does that mean I do not need to submit anything?

Hello  guys I'm new here, I got married to USA citizen girl and my file is currently under process with nvc.I have been to Australia for studies and I came back to my home country and my study was incomplete.we didn't disclose it in ds 260 about the educational institute I attended as I didn't complete my degree there, and nvc asks for current passport and i have stamp of travel history in my old passport which is cancelled, I have police clearance certificate of Australia and everything ready with me ,so would it be an issue for further process or at the time of interview?

Cc oct .1

received cc email yesterday

6 days later

The email was sent today?

They are closed, it must be pre written from Friday when they are last open. so maybe that means we could get emails on weekends then. And they are timed to be sent out late. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I received it yesterday which was Sunday at 7 pm in California time and I wasn’t expecting it for the same reason that it was the weekend so I saw it this morning

Yes😂 I’m going to make sure I do that as well for the interview e-mail. According to the email I received it says NVC doesn’t take more than 3 months to schedule an interview 😭

Just an update to people here. We completed our case and my wife came in at the end of September. And the answer is Yes if you arrive after the marriage date you can get a 10-year visa. cause our case was completed prior to our 2nd year anniversary and the people at the interviewing office was saying we would need to file for removal of conditions and that is not true you can get a 10-year visa just as long as your arrival date is after your 2nd year anniversary. and my wife got her green card 8 days after arrival we paid the fees prior to her arrival. We have no social security card yet and with no social security card, it was difficult to make a bank account as they suspect you of money laundering. Basically for us the whole process took 13 months but honestly i am not sure if it was worth it. If anyone got questions about the application process or any other advice I will be willing to help. I did my case on my own no lawyer and I spent a lot of time doing research to counter any issues they had with our case.
