That been said,you will be given a 10year green card and will not need to remove conditions since your marriage is over 2yrs.

Thanks for the help my husband was telling me 2017 IRS transcript was already sent to NVC with the initial package. Even first checklist email did not mention anything about affadavit of support form at all... They only wanted Correct MC and PCC copies.. But it's only now they're saying this...i wonder if they lost the previous one.. 😕

Below snapshot is their message to him... They've asked him to send missing docs to them untill then case will be on Hold...

Hi.  Yes.. First checklist requested us to resend our marriage certificate and PCC again with corrections. . Which we did... And this time.. They're asking my husband to send corrected form of affadavit of support or missing docs to NVC...its surprising that all of a sudden they want to us send this which wasn't even in the first checklist 😕

Hello guys!! I have a question about AOS. I have a separate case petition for my spouse and son. Do I have to fill up separate aos form for each? Or one form is enough with their both name on it?

2 days. Status on CEAC changed to "AT NVC" on friday and received email today.
