So since my case was Documentarily Qualified on the 24th of October, how long should it be to expect to hear from the NVC regarding an interview?

Hi all, I want to appreciate everyone here on this forum for your love and prayers. You guys are the best in the world. Abies I salute you, O&O your interview date is almost here. My fellow Nigerians, pls stay put and trust God for your interview dates.

My interview was for 6:30am Lagos consulate, I got to the consulate at around 5am, we were allowed in at 6am. So the normal security checks. After the security check I was allowed into the main building. I did my biometric and submitted police report, medical report and other required documents. Then the long wait. I waited for about 3 hours before I was interviewed.

I was interviewed by the sweetest black American VO (lady) on earth she was too nice, smiling all through.

VO: Good morning

Me: Good morning with a big smile

VO: who petitioned for you

Me: my wife

VO: how did you guys meet

Me: I answered

VO: from the time of meeting, how did it transitioned to marriage

Me: I answered

VO: how did you propose

Me: I answered

Vo: how long have you been marrried

VO: where does she live in the USA

VO: what does she do

VO: what kind of wedding did you do

VO: can I see your traditional wedding pictures

VO: who are the people there

VO: can I see your white wedding

Then she said the magic word, I'm going to approve your visa, pick it up at DHL bla bla bla. I was super excited.

My advise is that, please be patient don't rush the vo, answer the question as best as you can, smile well.

My regards to everyone waiting for an interview and on queue to be interviewed. It will all end in praise. Amen. Love you all.

Congratulations my brother. All the best on your new life to the US of A.

My regards to madam.

Cheers..!

Can I make an appointment for my medical already even though we just got CC and no interview date yet?

Is the medical good for 6 or 12 months?
