What country??? For me it was Haiti 2 weeks after CC I got the interview date. It all depends on the embassy in your country and NVC. Haiti is pretty quick

CC 10/04/18

email confirmation of CC 10/11/18

Interview date (phone call) 10/15/18

email with interview letter 10/18/18

status changed to TRANSIT 10/18/18

status change to READY 10/19/18 which means the case is already at the embassy
