Hope everyone is doing better than yesterday

I am relatively stuck on the biometrics appointment bit. Help will be appreciated :)

So, I registered on www.ustraveldocs.com but every time I login, I don't see any tab that will help me in scheduling a biometics appointment.

Though I can see schedule appointment but it seems tricky as it actual reflects 'schedule visa appointment'.

I just received the official email from NVC on the appointment date today. Just wanted to know if it has anything to do with scheduling biometrics. Is it that the package reaches the embassy and then when we log in with our details, we can probably see these tabs.

Do let me know how to take it forward :)

@Ajt3 @Saaniya can help

It's not yet approved or deny. They would of mentioned that you are approved but submit those documents. Do they kept his passport? most likely they will approve once they see those documents they requested. Good luck.

Thank you. His passport was returned to him, but he was asked to submit the document and his passport to DHL.

Husband had his interview in Dublin today, approved!!! But of course there was a mistake on the medical (no expiration date) even though we triple reminded them and already had Mater hospital fix another mistake they made on the medical---just a warning to others, Mater seems sloppy (yes, they're very busy), but even the consular officer told my husband "yes, they seem to leave the date off a lot." Apparently the embassy will sort this with the hospital and it should only take a day to fix... So we've to wait these final 15 business days. Just ready to be *done*

Husband was second one in the embassy, first one interviewed (8am appt.). He was out of the embassy by 8:30! Said the officer was a very nice lady, asked only basic questions about how we met, my employment, our time together. He said she looked at our pictures but not much else. She seemed very confused by a few things on my husband's case, but apparently nothing critical, as he got the approval sheet!! We both hardly slept the night before and are so relieved now. :)

Best of luck to all of you waiting for CC and interview. I know the feeling, like the process will never end, but your time will come!

Congrats!!!

It's fine. He should return the requested docs asap along with his passport.

Thanks sunshine :)

 @Saaniya  @Ajt3 looking forward to your response :)

Hey for biometrics you will find an option saying schedule VAC appointment that is basically your biometrics appointment..you have to schedule the date and time according to your choice .The main interview date you don't need to do anything with that as it is already scheduled by NVC.Go to Ustraveldocs.com then create account (register) then put your personal data then schedule appointment for biometrics and you are all set.Just take the printout of that appointment.
