I was told by the nvc that I and my son's interview was gonna be scheduled same day since it's a joint case( having same petitioner). We made sure to confirm this with them severally.

Called on Monday and was told my interview is nov 29th at Lagos embassy. I asked if it's same date with my son, the Rep said it certainly would be same date but he didn't check.i really wanted to be certain we have same date so I called today to check my son's case and turns out his interview is nov 1st.

the nvc Rep said we should contact the embassy so one person's date can be moved to the other.

Ive heard stories of the embassy not responding to calls and email so I'm just confused here. Really would love both our dates to be nov 1st instead of the 29th.

@Abies and anyone who can be of help, please wat can we do?..

Congratulations on getting an interview date🎉🎉

send an email to the embassy asking them to please bring your interview to your son date.  Make sure you send them the case numbers, petitioner name and you and your son names and DOB.

Also don't forget to go for your medical asap because it takes 2weeks. I'm not sure if moving your date to 1st Nov is a good idea if you haven't done your medicals. Because I had my medicals done today and I was told to come for the result on the 1st of November which will be 2weeks from today. So I will advice you think it through that's if you have not done your medicals tho.

Also I remember I saw your update some days back that you haven't gotten interview letter yet. If same is still the case, try and print any of your information that carries your case number and your name. With this you can go for your medicals even if your letter is not ready yet. This is what I did after calling Qlife to confirm if it can be accepted. So pls try and act fast and right. Regards

I contacted children's practice and was told it'll take 7 working days for me while for my son it'll be 10 working days for the results to be ready. Can't he have his interview without his medicals?.. like we send in his results after the interview. That's if we are not able to reschedule

Im not sure where to find this information :)

If you log into CEAC where you submitted all of the documents it's the day when everything was finally accepted :)

I paid 80,900 and 16250 extra for vaccination that's if you don't have vaccination record, I think for children is way cheaper between 20 to 30 thousand naira

We called them pretty much every day last week. When did you get your interview scheduled? And what date is your interview scheduled for for? Thank you for your response)

Our interview was scheduled for november 15 and we received the invitation letter via email lasy night. Usually they give notice a month before the interview, so no worries! Good luck!
