Still have not heard from NVC re: interview date for my wife. It has been 15 days since Documentarily Qualified. Should I call the NVC for a followup?

My husband got his interview for December. We received the email this week.

The reason I want to know, is so I know how often to check the CEAC site. Basically I check it several times a day... and I figure I might just stop checking after a certain time if they close.

We were checking ceac website several times during the day until we received our case #, then the same thing  to find out when the  case was completed, ready, transit and finally until the case was at the embassy.  Now, we check CEAC once a day only for curiosity. In my experience every time we had a changed in the status was always in the afternoon after 3:00 p.m. US eastern time.
