🙄 Any news from Lagos Consulate? It's 2 months 14 days now (CC 8/24) , no interview date still. I'm just curious. Has anyone called NVC this week? This waiting time is unbelievable... I just desire an update, if any. Thanks.

Honestly, it is. I guess you were sometimes told that cases were sent to Lagos on the 26th, October. Only God knows the reason for this delay. Even if we are working on the average 90 days given by the website and from the timeline on this platform (Lagos), I guess we have almost exceeded that. Following the fact that we would still be scheduled a month up front. Just being curious because of some family programs, I know it will surely come.

No, CO didn't say either approved or denied.  Just said they need to check more things and the decision is supposed to be made in less than a week.

The only 2 questions were:

1. What does the petitioner do in USA?

2. What are you planning to do once you get to USA?

No update for me.  My cc was 8/8 tomorrow will be 3mths.  It’s been over a year since I saw my husband.  I’m feel helpless.

Same here..over a year since I’ve seen my husband too..This affects us psychologically as well

We called they only told us when they sent our file to Lagos but no interview date yet on our ceac site it was written on our status when our file was sent to Lagos consulate but we did not see in transit when my wife called they said we should always check our email I don’t understand NVC and Lagos consulate .

Omg! 3 good months! On the average, I don't think Lagos has been this frustrating, although have read of a few cases with a 4 month waiting period. Again, from CC to Interview mostly fall within 90 days. Just my observations, I stand to be corrected.  So, let's keep our hope alive that the next 1 week will not elude us. Let's all remain strong please! Abi, how do we encourage ourselves again??? I guess we are all tired of calling and hearing the same stories. It's well!

Stay Strong....when you are finally reunited this will all feel like a distant memory ❤️ I havent seen my husband in over a year as well and can relate to how you must be feeling. If ever you need someone to listen...message me.

Nothing yet... still hoping n praying for good news... PD 10/10... CC 8/24.. very sad situation we are facing..

Same here .. I called they said they are still scheduling for December but they can’t guarantee a December date ... just sad truly
