Hi All,

I am working on H1-B and I have an approved LC & I-140 through Company “A” and now I am going to apply further for I-485 through the same Company. Currently I am getting a very lucrative permanent Job offer (Same job category) from the Company “B” and they are willing to transfer my H1-B in order to work for them from July, 2007. My question is how it could affect my I-485 process if I’ll transfer my H1-B to the employer “B”. Fortunately the company “A” is willing to provide me a letter stating that they are holding the position for me to fill after I get my permanent residency. My question is how I could work for company “A” without leaving Company “B”. Can I work for both on EAD basis, as I do not want to leave company “B” in future? Please advice me if you think any complication will occur.

Please do advice!!!!

Regards.

You're really asking this question on the wrong website. People here are doing family based immigration, not work based, so there isn't much expertise, hell just earlier today I encountered someone on here who didn't even know it was possible to get a green card through work! ;)

Might I suggest:
