March 14: got a mail that EAD and AP has been approved 🙂

AFTER 6 MONTHS OF NO UPDATES, I RECEIVED AN UPDATE TODAY.

 

As of March 19, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

 

I was first notified by the app at 1600 PST, then a text message, then egov website... dhs uscis has not updated yet. 

Feeling hopeful. SOMEBODY WAS LOOKING AT MY STUFF. 

-no updates for 130,131, 765

 

Receipt date: Oct 1

Biometrics: Nov 2

Ready to be scheduled notification: March 19

LFO: Fresno, CA

Filing as B2 Visitor to 10year GC through Marriage to USC

Most EAD/AP RFIE/RFE's I've seen come when they are actually ready to be approved. 

Ahh ok makes sense. Well, hopefully that means EAD very soon!!

10/25/18 - USCIS took AOS fee (credit card payment)

10/30/18 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

11/02/18 - Biometrics Appointment Letter & NOA1 Hard Copies Received

11/13/18 - Biometrics Appointment

11/13/18 - Received RFIE (forgot to include husband’s full tax return)

11/13/18 - AOS status updated to "On November 13, We Sent You A Request For Initial Evidence"

11/29/18 - RFIE response delivered to USCIS

03/25/19 - AOS status updated to "Ready To Be Scheduled For Interview"

04/02/19 - AOS status updated to "Interview Was Scheduled"

04/04/19 - Received Interview Letter

05/07/19 - Green Card Interview - Baltimore (did not get on the spot approval)

05/07/19 - AOS status updated to "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed"

WOW, another update for me. 

 

10/1 receipt

11/2 bio

03/19 ready to be scheduled

03/20 interview has been scheduled (will mail the details)

 

.... no updates on 765,131,130 ... still states Case Was Rec'd 10/1

mines got approved today. issue for my RFE was names on 765 and 131 forms don't match my name on other documents. I know it was dumb. I clarified on the RFE my marriage cert shows name change. maybe you have same issue. rfe recieved a week ago and it was approved today.

Mine is an RFIE though. I'm beginning to think they lost my biometrics entirely. Should be here by Friday. I'll update then.
