The status for AP rarely changes. If your EAD is approved and you applied for AP concurrently, it will come as  a combo card. That's what we're saying.

Well, that's good news.I did not know that.

Thank you !

AM I THE ONLY OCTOBER FILER LEFT? (October 1st receipt date too!)

No. There are thousands of filers with only the "case received" status who filed in October.

I'm from October 4th. I passed biometrics on October 29, but on the site is still no changes - "Case was received" ( all 3 petitions).  I wait for the date,  when it will be possible to submit a request for the EAD.

When the currently processing date passes your NOA1 date. As of five seconds ago they are processing September 22nd, 2018 for EADs.

Edit: sorry, I read that as a question.

Hey everyone, so we got the EAD and AP, which was amazing but they scheduled our interview for when we decided to do our late honeymoon states away 😕 called USCIS where they did an electronic request to reschedule but said it could cause denial or delay, and may not be rescheduled at all! Does anyone have experience or tips on this?

Thanks ! Xxx

It will cause a delay. Denial, doubtful as they were referring to if you left the US.

My advice...postpone your honeymoon.

I’ve received an email saying that they will reschedule, now that my husband has his EAD & AP we’re not worried about a delay, as this honeymoon is one involving 2 of our relatives’ weddings and our own honeymoon. We just hope they push the new interview back far enough to where we will be back (3 weeks time)

It’s not that they are processing 22 Sept files, it’s that 22 Sept is now outside of normal processing times and those with that receipt date can now file a formal inquiry as to why it’s taking >6 months.

Receiver my EAD/AP card today! It was mailed on the 7th. SSN number (card) arrived today as well.

Is your Noa1 date really Oct 26th? Or did you just receive your Noa1 hardcopy in the mail on that date and your NOA1 receipt date is something earlier?

That seems awfully long if you mailed it on Oct 11th.....

Maybe I got that wrong ... So we send the documents on Oct 11, on the 22nd we got text that they are received and on 26th got the NOA1 hardcopy.

I just checked again it says received date October 12, 2018...
