Heyy, know other people have tried and tested too... I tried with all my info this morning and nothing there! So probably like you said - job related! (Which is good right?!)

Yes it's for work! Thanks for checking!

USCIS got my hopes up this morning - got an update email for the EAD! 'We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time'. For the first time in the AOS process I've actually wanted to cry!

Even though I'm happy for those who have had their approvals for EAD and AP it's still pretty bitter sweet right now :(

I’m with you! We got two emails in the past month saying the exact same thing. Just frustrated us more than anything. Fingers crossed we’ll be approved soon!

I got a RFE :( so frustrated because I sent everything. How fast do they respond to RFEs?

I got RFE also. Anything between few weeks to several months. It’s a guessing game really.

Did you guys send the official marriage certificate for the I765 and i131? I sent a copy and wonder if my RFE is because of that.

We also received our RFE updated on the website Feb. 26 for form I-485 and received the mail last Friday Mar. 1.

The RFE is for certified English translation of a foreign birth certificate. We just sent the request today via FEDEX.

The RFE indicated that they need this information before they can make a FINAL decision.

Is it a possibility that they may approve a conditional permanent residence without an interview?

My magic 8 ball says "unlikely".

Yeah I agree- it's unlikely because of that. I'm sure it could be something minor. However, a positive is that they have at least 'touched' your case. I'm sure your RFE will be an easy fix and hopefully one that will be quickly resulting in an approval once you respond :)
