Hi everyone!  Been watching this thread for a while as it's such a wealth of information. I submitted all my stuff and my EAD was received October 2nd - I'm now on day 92 of waiting, and obviously like everyone else going crazy.

At this point - the "processing time" is still 4-6 months. Is it worth raising a service request or going through a congressman to try get it looked at? Or should I wait until the 4 month period?

It's so confusing trying to figure out the best way to go!

The NBC is currently processing July 17th, 2018 EAD's. Your PD is waaaaay after that. You can only submit a service inquiry if your PD is BEFORE that date. A congressman will say the same.

Hope everyone has had a good Christmas and New Year... The wait continues :( at least keeping myself busy with driving lessons, hopefully will get that Full Driver's License soon!

Anyone had any good news re: GC interviews or anyone received their EAD/AP combo card yet?

Some received their interview notice(including me) i think its still too early for October 2018 aos filers to receive EAD/AP combo card.

Yeh just trying to be a little bit hopeful... probably shouldn't or trying to see if anyone has had any random cases that might have been accepted.

I think its normal plus there was a holiday after his biometric. Give it few more days or week to see if the status change.

My ap/ead still "case received" but i485 is ready to be scheduled for interview.

I knowww but my k1 got issued in just over two months last December so the wait is killing me at this step. Just goes to show that everyone will end up waiting, at one step or another

Set aside the negativity and boost our positive attitude.

Trust your case and your situation.
