NOA hard copy letters received today...AND biometrics appointment letter received today! My biometrics appointment is November 13!! Notice date is 10/26/18...one day after they charged the fee! ☺️

NOA1 receipt date for all 3 is Oct 22nd. 

They mailed the hardcopies from the NBC on Oct 30th and I received them today (Nov 2nd).

Can feel it moving along this time even if it isnt. I like it😀

I have a received date of Oct 19, and a notice date of Oct 26. Which one do you think I should be using?

And did you get 3 letters? I got EAD, AOS & biometrics appointment letters. No AP letter.

Your received date is your NOA1 receipt date.

That's the one to use for future reference.

If you look up the status on myuscis.gov does it say received for your AP. You would have your receipt number from the text/email you received right?

Yes I got three letters. One for I485, one for I765 and one for I131. I didnt get my biometrics appt letter yet.

If you look up the status on myuscis.gov does it say received for your AP. You would have your receipt number from the text/email you received right?

Yup. It says received when I look it up. Just no AP letter today. Maybe it got sidetracked in the mail somehow, and it will arrive tomorrow. 🤞🏼

Maybe @NikkiMarie can update you on her case as to whether her status has been updated on myuscis.gov to state that her biometrics appt was scheduled.

Hey guys what does mean Verification needed for SSN? I checked SAVE and it says that. The agent told me he corrected the mistakes that the other agent made the first time.

Stopping by to join October AOS filers... its come full circle, I-129 October filer and now AOS October filer. Anyways, we received our notice of action that they received his I-485 and work and travel docs last week and I logged into my USCIS account and I don't see any record of any new filings since the I-129... what should I expect as far as timelines.. what are you earlier October filers seeing? What are the timelines looking like? roughly....

Well your AP and EAD about 6 months and if you are in California your AOS is well over a year most likely.

One more question lol. On your I-485 letter...do you have a priority date? Mine is blank...
