OMG I get excited when I see approvals :) I saw two from the end of october on april 13th. Im trying to exercise as much as I can, I met some brazilian people around here so I can play volleyball at the beach on sundays, have some drinks at ladys night and eat lots of chocolate to control the anxiety. Its coming soon, I can feel it! 😍

I am Brazilian too. I love volleyball too. The down side is the I live in Tamp, otherwise we could meet to hang out and play volleyball.

Btw, it’s always nice see Brazilian around here.

@NikkiFromCanada @BrazilianInTexas @ira1712 I spoke to my congressman's office on Monday, to ask if they did have any updates and how long I can expect to wait. They let me know they give them 30 days to respond (the inquiry was sent straight over to the NBC) but that they usually get a response faster than that usually within 2-3 weeks. However, she did say to me she is expecting a response by the end of the week, but they can only chase after the 30 days. So I'm just keeping all my fingers and toes crossed. Hoping that this helps everyone that is currently in limbo... also, I won't be checking VisaJourney that often now, only coming to give updates as and when I hear it, can't deal with looking at everything now - need to tuck it all away.

I'm with you here, it's getting really hard to see, even though I'm really happy for everyone!

Same thing, waiting for a response now from the Congressman's office inquiry-- best of luck to you!!

I have received my EAD card recently but afterward the status for i765 become ‘fingerprint review was completed’.

This is so weird, anyone is facing the same problem?

I wouldn't even pay attention to it now. You have your EAD. It doesn't matter anymore.

This morning I received an email from USCIS saying;

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on April 5, 2019."

What does it mean? Are they reviewing the file or is that just an automatic email?

Automatic email :(

i got one a few days ago too. Good to know that a robot cares about me

On Day 150 of "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview". Is this normal? Service center is San Jose, CA.

It's not at all uncommon to be at 'ready to be scheduled for interview' for a long time at busier service centers. It looks like the official processing time range for family-based AOS in San Jose is 10-18 months; according to your timeline, ten months would be mid-August.

Anecdotal reports here suggest K-1 interviews frequently take less time to get than the short end of the official range (average reported here for AOS in San Jose is a little under 9 months from NOA1 to Interview, though that's on only six timelines), but I wouldn't be surprised if you've got a few more months.

Same! Our congressman received "We have received your expedite request and will begin working on it." But nothing concrete.
