Don't worry, I'm right there with you at 195 days. Hopefully it comes soon, that's all we can do at this point!

And give our new spouses lots of hugs-- remember, the two of you are in it together!

Love the attitude! :) We need more of you! 195 days though ... Yikkeeeess! If you don't mind, did you have a request for evidence? And do you have your interview scheduled?

My partner is pretty tired of hearing me counting down each day 🤭🤭 I dont blame him. There's nothing we can do but to wait.

Oh my husband is going crazy waiting, too!

Interview is "ready to be scheduled" so let's see! We've put in an expedite request though because his grandfather back home isn't doing well at all. Though I know expedites are a crapshoot as well!

Fingers crossed for all of us still waiting!

hahahaha Im am calculation around 8 months to start working, Im making 6 months right now. I mean, if they really get to the end of september this time and finally start october. Oakland Park is taking 19-25 months for interview, so I am not even counting on that.

Guys, question for items to bring to the interview:

The notice says to bring the "original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application. Otherwise we may keep your originals for our records."

If we submitted copies of the original in our original application, do we need make another copy and bring it?? Why do they need two copies?

I'd say yes.

1. You dont know if your IO will be willing to go digging through your supporting documents

2. You weren't supposed to submit the originals so they are expecting you to bring originals plus photocopies.

@NikkiFromCanada @BrazilianInTexas @ira1712 I spoke to my congressman's office on Monday, to ask if they did have any updates and how long I can expect to wait. They let me know they give them 30 days to respond (the inquiry was sent straight over to the NBC) but that they usually get a response faster than that usually within 2-3 weeks. However, she did say to me she is expecting a response by the end of the week, but they can only chase after the 30 days. So I'm just keeping all my fingers and toes crossed. Hoping that this helps everyone that is currently in limbo... also, I won't be checking VisaJourney that often now, only coming to give updates as and when I hear it, can't deal with looking at everything now - need to tuck it all away.
