My K1 was approved in 184 days... for EAD I'm at 173... I hope EAD doesn't take more than my K1 😂😂😂

Yeah, I really hope mine doesn't take that long... but I'm not keeping any expectation anymore, I got really frustrated when they pushed the dates twice last month... it's better not to expect it... I will keep applying for jobs and interviewing in the hopes that some company will give me a job offer so I can expedite the EAD.

Yes. I read the September forum.😟 This is beyond comprehension, when some people who have submitted in January have already received their cards. I do not think that these petitions somehow differ in the complexity of their study. It seems to me that there is a huge chaos on the shelves and in the boxes and a petition is being considered, which first one got into the hand. Those, they review all petitions for half a year at a the same time.

We are patiently waiting we received "Interview was Scheduled" last week.

 

Hopefully we will get the letter in the mail soon...now they are working on October filers maybe the EAD / AP will arrive day 179 days and counting for us lol.

This very frustrating. Some March filers are even getting ready to schedule for an interview. Even those who had RFIE.

Are you checking on the case tracker? When I see the dates around mine I could see only one case approved for EAD. On the other hand I can see that all greencard applications have been touched. Its not much though from 23rd to october 31st.

Yes I'm on case tracker. I'm checking every 7th day though. My PD is Oct 22nd so I'm doing scans for the 15th, 22nd and 29th. 

But not full scans of the day. I just have the same 500 bunch for each day that I scan.

RFE fixed yet? Call tier 2. Let them know they messed up the first time and it's a simple fix. they got to reviewing and approving mine the next day. 

Any people here with the San Jose, CA field office? Still stuck at scheduled for interview. Have you guys gotten a interview date yet?

How long does it uscis to review RFIE/RFE and make a decision on it?

My congresswoman said she sent the inquiry two days ago and that it takes 1-2 weeks for them to answer. I really hope they can do something i am on my 171 days today. I hope they finally finish with september applications, if I am annoyed imagine them.

Ask @NikkiFromCanada. She had an RFIE at the beginning of her process and had to wait for further processing. She can support the evidence that i eluded in the other thread that with I485s you get RFIE/RFEs at the beginning of the process and then you are stuck waiting.

We received our interview letter today our interview is in May so not much longer to wait and im guessing EAD wont arrive before then. Either Way i would prefer GC to EAD. 

 

So very busy prepping now as we got to make sure we have everything from the checklist

 

I really hope those still waiting get their interviews or at least their EAD Cards soon.
