In my interview letter it says to bring all documentation establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent resident status. Does anyone know what documents exactly?

As a K1 you are eligible to apply for AOS because:

1. You were approved for an I129F petition (provide your I129f Noa2 approval notice).

2. You were approved for a K1 Visa (provide your K1 visa sticker).

3. You entered the US legally using your K1 Visa (provide your I94 admission record).

4. You married your USC spouse within 90 days of entry (provide your MC).

How do you set up informed delivery?

Set up an account on USPS's website, then verify your identity and address.

In our case we took the marriage certificate and all the I797 ( notices) we ever received from USCIS

Thanks 😊😊😊 just signed up but seem like usps need to send a confirmation mail to my address first which makes sense.

Got the interview being scheduled notice online last Tuesday so hopefully the mail comes in early this week!

Still no word on EAD/AP. Mid Oct PD 👿

I have some questions on what to bring to the Green Card interview regarding the following items....(K-1 Visa AOS

1. "Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application."

What specific documents do they mean????

2. "A completed Affidavit of Support with all required evidence, including the following, for each of your sponsors (unless already submitted):

-Federal Income Tax returns and W2's or certified IRS printouts, for the most recent tax year;

-Letters from each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours, and pay stubs for the past 2 months;

-Evidence of your sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status.

It says "UNLESS ALREADY SUBMITTED" and since I have already submitted all of this information....does that mean I DO NOT need to bring the items listed in #2 to the interview?

Helloww, I just saw on the News that the chief of Homeland and security resigned, too much confusion at the border. Now its another person. I hope something happens quickly.

https://www.cnn.com/2019/04/08/politics/randolph-tex-alles-secret-service-director/index.html

All the leadership on DHS is being removed... they are expecting the USCIS director to be gone soon too... I appreciate you being positive, but Nielsen (the DHS chief who resigned) was resisting on a lot of demands from Trump to tighten immigration, so I would think it will get worse now... but I hope I'm wrong...

1. Bring the originals of everything you submitted with your I485. Passport to show bio page and K1 Visa sticker, BC if you submitted it, I94, Noa2 from your K1, original MC, whatever else you sent ie. Original Divorce Decrees, original criminal documents if applicable.

Pull out your cover letter and see what photo copies you sent and bring those things in their original forms and a photocopy.

2. Only if the financial situation of your sponsor changed. Have they filed 2018 taxes since then? Gotten a better paying job? Do they earn more so now they do not need the joint sponsor you used originally? Lost their job so now you need a joint sponsor? Had a baby thus increasing your household size?

If so do up a new I864 just incase and bring new financial documents.
