Last action 31 days ago: interview ready to be scheduled.

 

Nothing on EAD/AP

 

The case directly above and below me both seen movement either on having their the actual interview scheduled or had received their card more one week ago.

I check like 400 cases near my case number and there is NO movement.... Like at all. Hopeless really...

No movement near my case numbers either 😔 we applied for everything 10/22 so I don’t think we’ll see any movement for another couple of weeks at the earliest unfortunately.

If it's any comfort, not had a lot of movement near my case numbers either and my received date is like showing 2nd October/9th October (depending on what site I use), on the case tracker though shows 2nd October so.... *Just keep waiting*

Yea seems that way but then if I check the numbers beyond mine, there is approvals. So I think its random.

It’s so frustrating! Although, I’m very happy for those who have heard or received their approvals. Fingers crossed October filers will had a flooding of approvals soon! 🤞🏻

Definitely random.. I checked beyond my numbers as well and there’s a handful of approval. I’m very happy for them but let’s hope October filers have a flooding of approvals coming up! 🤞🏻

Hi October 2018 filers! I'm wondering if any of you guys have interview schedules already or had AOS application approved? My status has been 'Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview' since November 2018. It's been 4 months now and still no interview appointment.  

 

Also, do you guys have any ideas which filers are getting AOS approval at the moment? I'm from California and I understand it varies from different states.

Hey! My local field office is Fresno and mine was scheduled on March 20, my receipt date is oct 1. I’m filing from B2 to 10 year perm resident.

Hi guys, I submitted my aos on Oct 4th, got my EAD & AP combo card on 3/7/19, my interview date was 3/1/19, however co told me he couldn't find my medical record, but was happy he had my vaccination record. Finally my aos was approved on 3/20/19 and received my green card yesterday. Such a relief~~~~~At least I don't have to worry for 2 years~~ Plus I am almost 6 months pregnant. Life is so beautiful~~hahaha

Hi, thanks for that! That sounds good. My receipt date is Oct 6 so I'm hoping I'd receive mine soon as well. However, I'm filing from K-1; Fiance Visa, so it's possible that the processing time could be different. Hoping to get more info from the October 2018 filers here!

If you read through this thread, you will get a lot of information regarding who has had their interview scheduled, etc. 😊
