We like so many others these days are facing this problem at the moment. The officer and all the other sources promise 2-3 days to get your visa from the Pony Express office on Kurskaya after the approval at the interview. In reality it is rarely 2-3 days and more like 7-10. I think you guys should know that and plan accordingly... Try not to buy tickets before you have your passports, or at least buy refundable.

We had our interview on September 25, had Application Received on ceac.com the next day and Administrative Processing until Issued on day 3. Nothing from Pony Express, went there in person.

One more story: interview on September 20, status changed to Issued on September 27, nothing new since then.
