The instructions are a bit ambiguous.  I have maintained a USA domicile with a USA mailing address. All bank accounts, credit cards, social Security, and IRS use that address. I am residing in Mexico with my wife, but I will return to USA upon her green card approval.   Should I say domicile   USA or Mexico  ??

And please note, also according to the instructions, the USA must be your domicile in order for you (the sponsor) to submit form I-864.

Putting US as your domicile should be fine then. Mexico isn't too strict on showing domicile for a spouse, and it sounds like you have a number of good items showing US domicile or intent to establish US domicile. I wouldn't worry about it.

 

Had the I-130 been filed via DCF, it becomes a little more difficult to say you are domiciled in the US and you were domiciled in Mexico for the I-130 piece (as required for DCF). :P
