Hi, if you can help me.

We are finishing to put all the info for the I 129 f pack.

For the relationship evidence we are sending a word document with pictures, tickets and hotel proof that we were together.

We are also sending a copy of online chat for the past years.

Is that enough, should we sign this word document?

Key things are passport stamps for exit/entry into the country, receipts for that time frame, any credit card statements showing purchases, hotel receipts, plane tickets/iteneraries. Some pictures help, but they are secondary evidence.

Chat wise, you don't need to send 100 pages, just screen shot some messages here and there showing a timeline of your communications.

You don't have to send "relationship evidence" with the I-129F. It is not a requirement for approval. However, you can add chats, messages, photos, etc if you wish so that they reach the embassy ready for the interview.

Your main focus at this stage is demonstrating that you have met at least once in the last two years. Send copies of tickets, passport stamps, hotel receipts (with both names on) to back up this claim. Photos do not prove you have met in the last two years, especially with all the photo editing programs available nowadays.

Hey, thank you so much for the help.

Once my fiancé is a home owner we stayed many times at his place, and so did he while visiting me in Brazil.

Checking hotel recites they only show the payer name (usually one os us)

Pictures and plane tickets are the main proof of our relationship. I am worried that this is not enough.

Does he have passport stamps showing he was in Brazil? That together with plane tickets to your city should be enough. I also stayed at my fiance's house so no hotel receipts or anything, but the passport stamps and plane tickets were enough. Good luck!

OP you don’t need to have hotel receipts with both names on it unless you want let’s say for example to add extra evidence of being in the same place at the same time perhaps. It’s none of my business so I will not ask you but there are still couples who are not sleeping together and waiting until after marriage so no the Hotel doesn’t have to be in both names....I guess I’m old fashioned.
