Case was reaffirmed any one help me that I have already attended 2 interviews before at refusal time after reaffirmed is interview is nessacry and how the process will start?

My visa is in Ir2 category and in first interview my visa was rejected and went back t Uscis after 1 year they have reaffirmed my case aprroval and mailed back to department of state for visa processing

Yes you will have another interview.   It will stay at NVC for a few weeks to a month before being forwarded to the embassy.  Embassy will contact you by email about your next steps.

Depends on the circumstances of the case.

They cannot refuse the visa for the same reason with the same evidence that has now been reviewed by USCIS.

 

Why was the first visa refused? It's pretty unusual for an IR-2 to be refused and petition returned.

It was a divorce Deed in which date of free of marry was miswrite 1 visa was rejected because of this after this we gave them evidence and case reaffirmed

Yup, that would do it. Assuming that was the only issue, then I wouldn't anticipate an issue on the second visa application.
