Hi everybody, I am confused on the CFO registration form. There's a question about the Petitioners citizenship. Choices are Filipino, Foreigner and No response. My husband is American. So I answered Foreigner, is that right? but they ask the "Year of Migration." I put 0000 for the year but its not working. Pls help. Thanks

Are  you signing up for GCP (spouse/fiancee of USC/foreigner)  or PDOS (all others emigrating) ?

What visa type are you?

You selected IR2 as the visa type for your son?    Weird that it would be asking for migration date then as that visa type is for petitioners that are USC?

I can't get into the registration system to look at this as it requires uploading passport/visa scans.

Yes my US citizen husband petitioned my 19yo son and his visa category is IR2.

I just find that weird  to ask for a migration date.

Only thought that comes to mind is did you choose the correct visa (IR2) in the drop down menu?    .. just rattling and rambling.    Maybe go back to the beginning of the form and verify all your entries.  (more rattling and rambling)

I think in this case "year of migration" may be there for if it is a naturalized US Citizen petitioner that originally immigrated from the Philippines.  I recall seeing that in our case too.  I can't remember if it let us leave it blank or if we just put in zeros or something if it was a mandatory field, but we just skipped it as irrelevant to our case.

Good day. I have the same question. My visa type is C. On the Petitioner's Data, it requires me to fill out the Year of Migration even though my petitioner lives in the country and never migrated. May I know what you did?

Just put their birth date.
