My EAD card is due to expire at the end of February and I am currently still awaiting my interview for my adjustment of status. 

 

- When do I need to submit my application to renew my EAD as I have a feeling my I-145 isn’t going to be approved before it expires? 

 

- How much is the fee to renew? And do I use the same form to renew my ELD as I did to apply for it? (I-175 I think?)

  1. You can file the I-765 up to 120 days prior to expiration. Upon successful filing, the exisitng EAD is extended for 180 days as well (meaning extirpation date + 180 days, not filing dates + 180 days).
  2. No fee. Include a copy f the I-485's NOA1 in lieu of payment.
  3. You should also consider obtaining/renewing your AP (I-131) as well.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
