Relax, you're fine. The expiration date gets auto renewed by the embassy as long as there is action taken on your end.  Also just to note for future, your I-129f petition was approved. You now have the ability to apply for the K-1 visa through the embassy.

Even if your interview wasn't until November it would be fine. The embassy understands that it can take awhile to get stuff done like medical, paperwork, gathering documents, planning to go to the interview, ect.

Since you booked the interview, it has been "renewed" and you'll be just fine.

It's not a problem. My now-wife's interview was about 2 months after the NOA2 "expiration" date. No problems whatsoever...

Can I know WHEN she booked the interview date? That might be over the expiration date, right? I'm afraid if I book  the interview date after the expiration date, it'll be a problem !But I've submitted the DS160 already. Just hasn't the medical exam.I need to go to the interview with my daughter but I'm considering if I should wait for her. She's almost finished her study here. Thank you for your reply.

Due to a USCIS screw-up, the petition did not arrive at the embassy until after the expiration date, so she booked it about a month after the original expiration date.

The embassy/consulate can extend the expiration date up to 6 months (or a year, I can't remember, it's been a couple years). If you are worried about it, I would recommend contacting them and asking them if it is OK. It probably will be fine.
