Depending on when you intially submitted for the EAD and all, EAD/AP's are taking 4-5 months right now. Not the typical 3 months as awhile back so it seems by what you said you're still within normal times. Could be another month or so.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

02/03/2017 - Married

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

If you are getting impatient about 60 days, then I'm afraid it's most likely to get a lot worse for you as you probably have a few more months to go based on current timings. It's taking around 4-6 months on average, and those are the lucky ones. I applied in November 2017 and didn't receive my EAD until June 2018 (7 months). There are also people who applied in November 2017 who are still waiting too, 10+ months later.

You will know when the EAD (and AP if you applied for that) is approved because you will get the notice in the mail and/or the update on the status online.
