Just the appointment letter and fingers.

we have an email from consulate confirming that they are ready to proceed with our case but it dose not have an interview time/date. So print out our confirmation for paid interview/time & date + that email letter they sent us?

Is this the visa biometrics? They are usually done during the interview. Better make sure this isn't your interview date, because there is a ton of documents you have to bring.
