Good luck is all I can say.  We got approved through USCIS and NVC and my husband had his interview in less than one year from filing and we were put in administrative processing with no reason.  The application still has not come back to USCIS and it's been over 60 days.  I had to file another type of form today to get my records.  When I visit my husband next month, we will file the same form for him.

It takes about 6 months for the case to be returned and for you to get the NOIR or NOID

Follow the instructions as to what u need to do

for a NOID you need to respond within 33 days with responses to the issues and evidence of those responses

for a NOIR you can appeal with Form EOIR-29 and anappeal to the Court of Appeals (fee $110)/ form should be enclosed with the NOIR

examples for responses to NOIR and reason for approval or denial can be found on this web site

I did an appeal / it took a year / my appeal upheld our marriage as bona fida but told me to refille

Knowing this now, i woud have just reapplied when i got the NOIR and given the evidence with the new application

sorry u r going thru either of these

Yes.  There's no tracking of the application being returned as they say.  We did marry in Morocco and yes, our first meet; but we knew that we wanted to be married and spoke of it before visit.  We were married mid July and applied last August.  I wish I could have stayed as I would have; but I have a 12 year daughter that cannot be there with me at the moment.  We do plan on living in Morocco once she is grown and the officer just mocked my husband when he answered some of his questions.  Yes, he answered all questions good and honest from the heart.

This worries me. You and I our situations are similar. My husband is also Moroccan. We married on the first visit too.  I just had my second visit with him for 38 days. First trip was 24 days. I already got my ticket to visit again in January 2019 for 2 weeks and also plan to go back for his interview. I have been worried they will deny on basis of marrying on first visit. I hope not. And I hope your case gets reaffirmed so you and your husband can be together soon. It's so unfair how they treat our spouses just because of where they are from.

5 visits and lot of evidence and still AP????...what  more do they want??

They want to see combined assests

they know the person can add to tax returns with the W7 form

and they know with the ITIN a person can be added to a bank account as foreign workers get a ITIN to receive pay checks and open accounts

they know certain utiltiy companies will allow the Moroccan to be added with evidence of marriage certificate (water company allowed this/ electric did not)r

These are not usually required to show until beneficary is here is US but Morocco knows they can ask for these and either disourage the applicant (making he/she give up) or just slow the process

Slowing the process /Notice the 90 day financee  when she was denied,  that Moroccan was just looking to "get out of Morocco" and started talking (or was all the time)  to many other women of many other countries so slowing works to discourage many

we interviewed with another VJ member and when her husband was denied a CR1 she divorced as she said "I have 2 girls and i can not continue with this expense)

Thanks. So just to clarify, we have the opportunity to submit additional evidence at the NVC stage? I would like to send them more pictures from our most recent visit (I was with my husband and in-laws for Eid Al Adha) and other documentation I didn't have at the time of submitting the I-130.

No unfortunately we're still in the first phase, waiting for the NOA2. I sent the petition in May of this year.

I'm positive. I'm not the only one on this forum whose I-130 was sent to TSC

I wouldn't put much stock in that link, its a law office website not the official government site and it clearly hasn't been update recently. It states they're processing fiancé visa petitions that were submitted in 2007

Yeah, besides the NBC, Texas seems to be the quickest moving processing centers right now. I've already been seeing some April 2018 approvals for spouse visa.
