I have my fiancee working on getting her police clearance from Qatar at the moment. She already consulted with DHL (mailing service company) and they told her that it would take 2-3 months for the whole processing to be done.

My question is, is there any other way to get it faster? Even if it means paying, traveling to Qatar or have somebody do it for here in Qatar? Any recent experience with people who got theirs is highly appreciated.

The easiest way is to have someone already in Qatar to get it for your fiance, that is unless you have the funds and the way for you or her to travel to Qatar to get it. Those are the only two ways to expedite getting a PCC from Qatar.

My then fiance now wife was lucky because her old boss was able to get it and send it to her in the Philippines.

How long did it take for her boss to work on it? I have read somewhere that you are not able to have somebody work on your behalf not unless it is a family member even with an authorization letter. I may be wrong though.

It literally only takes a couple days in order to get it in person. What you heard is not right because all the person has to have is a Power of Attorney to get it and a few other things.

I will try to look up a site that shows you how to have someone get it for you.
