From what I've read around here, it's either aΒ NOID or RFE but you won't know until you get it in the mail. Fingers crossed it's an RFE!Β

I don’t see why it would be a NOID because I’ve heard it’s hard to get a I-130 denied since it’s a relative? (Unless they’ve done something bad). So probably a RFE! I’m being positive ❀️

So I shared that my case was transferred from Potomac to NBC on the 31st, my notice stated that the reason was for faster processing however I am still waiting for the NOA2 or something...
