Meanwhile us Nebraska folks sit in limbo while those who submitted applications so many months after us get approved. Totally unfair process :( :(

But the marriage certificate I submitted WASN'T an English translation. It is an official document given by the household registration office.

It even has the officer's signature ...

did you  submit the Chinese marriage certificate  with the English. If not then i believe you may have to submit that as well  since English is not main language over there.

I believe the passport photos of beneficiary are NOT required for I-130. They are needed later, after the approval.

Your post makes me confused. Because I did not include my husband’s photos (beneficiary) in my initial packet.

Now I wonder if a RFE is coming soon...

Im from Pakistan & my wife is a US citizen.

I applied on 21st September 2018.

It was recieved on 24th September 2018.

Finally I'M APPROVED on 4th June 2019 - got the letter on 7th June at my Wife's USA address.

Now the letter says my case will be transferred to NVC and they'll get in touch. My question is - will they get in touch again in the US address or Pakistan?

for now they will contact with your wife and later they will transfer the file to Pakistan, that's when they will contact with you.

Only if the beneficiary is in the United States, then his/her photos are required. For an overseas beneficiary the photos are not required.

This is a quote from the I-130 instructions from USCIS website: “You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition.”

I know that’s why my initial I130 there weren’t passport photos because my husband (beneficiary) is not in the US but I got an rfe for those passport photos. It asked for mine and my husband.
