Those are for PD dates in April 2018. I thought they were approval dates for PD in september of 2018

I think they are PD dates for September. The case numbers are by date received so it’s not possible that src....188 (for example) was PD September and 189 was PD April.

The date on the side is when the case was last updated. So it would be a September PD that was approved in April

Our CR1/ IR1 Journey:

USCIS Stage:

  • September 14 2018: I-130 NOA1 (TSC)
  • March 19 2019: I-130 NOA2 (186 days)
  • April 26 2019: I-824 NOA1 (NBC) (Change from AOS to Consular - mistake on I-130 😭)
  • January 24 2020: I-824 NOA2 (273 days)
  • Feb 5 2020: Approved I-130 Sent to NVC (12 days after I-824 NOA2)

NVC Stage:

  • February 12 2020: Case Received @ NVC (7 days after being sent)
  • February 16 2020: Expedite Request Sent - Financial Hardship
  • March 7 2020: Case Number Created (23 days after NVC receipt)
  • March 7 2020: IV & AOS Fees Paid (Showed as PAID after 4 days)
  • March 13 2020: IV & AOS Docs Submitted
  • March 30 2020: Expedite Request Approved - Conditional (once Embassies resume normal services - COVID19)
  • May 04 2020: Documentarily Qualified
  • July 16 2020: Expedite Request Approved - Unconditional!!
  • July 31 2020: Medical Done
  • August 6 2020: Interview - APPROVED!

I sent it on Sept 7th and NOA1 is on 09/13/2018. Others with same NOA1 date have received the approval, I haven't. Do not know why. May be this is my second marriage, but I never received green card or citizenship through marriage. Applied for my wife first time.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Canada
Timeline

Texas just changed their processing times again. Back to 6.5 - 8.5 months with an inquiry date of August 31, 2018. I don't think that's accurate at all given what we've been seeing (they're still mostly approving August with a few September approvals), but people here should be able to start submitting inquiries for their case being outside of normal processing in the coming days, should they wish :)  (I say that because I'm not sure what it does other than gets you an email saying wait 30/60/90 days).

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

I can't find any approvals in the Case tracker app of I-130's at Texas Service Center for Sept 27th, 29th or 30th, but several RFE's. There are 3,400 petitions with Sept. 10th priority dates, about 139 are I-130. 44 are approved, 6 RFE,  5 rejected, which leaves 84 pending. Still lots of August pending too.

I would take the case tracker app with a grain of salt though. For example, our I130 PD Sept 14th got approved on March 19th but there have been no changes on the app, the uscis case tracker site or on my uscis account to reflect this. I doubt we're the only ones, so there's probably less pending than you'd think (hopefully!)

Doesn't make sense why I should be waiting 6 weeks after you got approved when I filed 4 days ahead of you. Congratulations though,  I know my turn will eventually arrive.

None of it makes sense to be honest with you.

There are people with PDs in August at TSC, and some of them could still be waiting after yours is approved. Then on the flip side, according to Igor's list, there's a case from TSC that had a PD of December 14th which was approved on the April 16th. There's also the unfairness of how much the wait time varies between the different service centers and how USCIS don't appear to be doing much about it. The seemingly random way it's sorted sucks, and I'm genuinely sorry you're still waiting even though your PD is before mine. I really hope your case gets approved soon.

Thanks. The December case approved in April was expedited.
