My expedite was approved by USCIS, I still have to wait for them to process but at least my case is being worked on. For those that will ask, I used emergency situation as a reason. I need medical treatment as a result of my U.S. militrary service. I live abroad with my wife and it is difficult for me to travel alone (for medical reasons).

The app is the USCIS Case tracker! @Allison1128 How do you actually see they're working on September again? I am only able to browse my own case! Fingers crossed!

For all of the NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER filers... a lot of us are sending in complaints to our representatives, due to the backlog of case (they just set their processing time back 2.5 months) and the fact that there's a big difference in processing times between centers (Nebraska is taking the longest, apparently).  Please consider doing so, if your forms are in NSC!

This link will provide all info regarding the "legal immigration crisis" backlog etc. and has a search link to find your representative:

1. "search" next to "my cases"

2. put a random number like  SRC1890XXXXXX  and change the second number to 500 (which means 500 results will come out)

3. after it's done, you can select i130 only

I hope our approvals come quickly! After waiting so many months it doesn't feel like it's going to ever happen, nevermind possibly in the next few weeks.

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.
