It's sent out on March 14.

So they touched your case! Talk to the representative through phone.

Hopefully It'll be an approval soon!

I’m hoping it’ll be an approval soon. I called and they asked if I asked for another copy of my noa1 or it could be an error on why they sent another one.

It was my fault, I must have missed An entire section of the application so they just wanted me to submit all that I didn’t the first time. 😅

So my husband wrote to his congressman to ask them to help because he’s very impatient. Our PD is 14th Sept. They must have contacted USCIS on his behalf because they emailed him the response they got. Fingers crossed CEC3BA03-D843-4F4F-BF10-4C59476C8C4F.thumb.jpeg.04e40fb8a1f64576bfe72a81721f395b.jpeg🤞🏻

So one week after we got an email saying someone was looking at our case, we’ve been approved!!

Wow that is awesome 👍🏼  My Pd is 10/9. I wonder if I can do it also. I was assuming that I would have to wait at least until ending of May to get a response.

Did you find out about your approval by mail?

Yeah we found out by mail.

With regards to contacting congress I think it depends on where you live and who your congressman/woman is. My brother and his wife who are in another city wrote to their congressman years ago when they went through this process. He wrote back to say because they were within normal processing times he couldn’t help. Whereas my husband’s one contacted USICS for us to help push it along. I think if we’d have contacted USCIS ourselves, though, they probably would’ve done nothing.

I’m located in Washington DC but I think it’s not gonna do any good. I’m not outside of processing times so I just have to wait. Good thing I’m visiting my husband in May so by the time I come back if no notifications from them, I’ll put in a request. It’s still a good feeling that they are moving along with September. I’ve seen other Septembers too so soon this will be all over.
