You received a second physical letter in the email stating that they have received your case which was sent in September 2018?

I know it doesn’t make any sense at all but it’s not rfe nor an approval.

It’s tingling my curiosity, is it exactly like the NOA1? Never heard of a second NOA1.

If it’s an approval by the notice type it’ll say APPROVAL or if it’s rfe it’ll say request for evidence. But it says receipt notice 😔

Yea that’s why it’s not making any sense. You should call them to see what that’s all about. I e never seen them send 2 notices of receipts out, especially 6 months later. At least they touched your case which is a good sign.

What’s the best number to call that would give me a representative to talk and not a machine?

Very much out of norm. BUT if anything I’d take this as a positive thing. At the least they came back around to your file and did “something” and that everything is fine or they would have sent out a RFE instead.

This is the number I got off the website just now  1-800-375-5283.  Good luck and keep us posted. It’s not an RFE so I really don’t know what those people are doing over there😩

It's sent out on March 14. 

So they touched your case! Talk to the representative through phone.

Hopefully It'll be an approval soon!
