It does ask about previous petitions.

Previous petitions, you mean if I’ve ever petitioned any one else or completed any other petitions?  Yes I see that but I don’t see the question about arrests of petitioner on my i130 copies.

There are no arrest questions on the I-130.  Those are on the I-129f to comply with IMBRA and AWA.  They don't want an unknowing beneficiary in a relationship with a potentially abusive partner.  I guess they figure if you are married you get what you deserve!!!  LOL 😁

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Lol that makes sense. But I was scared for a moment. I had an arrest a few years ago, nothing crazy but was scared that I missed that question.

Make sure that the information is available at the interview just in case.  I know they still look into the background but I'm not sure to what extent. My wife knows all the details and she will have the expungement papers with her.  That is all that is available since this was before 1990 and the records were ordered expunged.

Yes, this was the K-1 in April of 2018.  We were denied because "petitioner failed to disclose information in the petition".  I was arrested 30 years ago.  The charges were dropped before I got to the police station.  There was no court.  I even expunged the arrest.  I was told by RapidVisa that I should answer "no" to question 4a (have you ever been arrested, cited.....).  They said since it never went to court and there was no fine we should just say it never happened.  I was doubtful but I answered "no".  We were all wrong.  Arrests never go out of the FBI Crime Database so if I answered "yes" we would be together right now.

my husaband was arrested for one day because his license was suspended and he was driving but he came out next day .. so do he need to write yes in his criminal histort ??? if yes , then  do he need to show whh he was arrested . it was in 2016.

There is no arrest question in the I-130. That is part of the I-129f form for the fiancée visa. You should be aware of it in case they ask but I really doubt if they will ask anything about that. Why was his license suspended?  That would be part of the story if they do ask.

You are only allowed to file I129f after you have filed I130 (for married couple). And it's free.

Please advise! In regards to the Police Certificates. We will apply to the regional passport office in W. Bengal as that is his current/past address. He did live in Delhi for 2.5 years for work several years ago. Is he also required to have a PC for Delhi too? Thx

Yes, it is important to disclose all previous addresses. Many have been denied based on failure to disclose information. A police certificate is required from every country (except the USA) the beneficiary has lived for more than 6 months.

He means different cities in one country...I think the best answer to the question above is to request PCC from Passport office ...they will contact all the cities u lived in and get the full details...W bengal and Delhi is different cities in India...so one PCC from Regional passport office should be efficient...In my guess...I might be wrong

Thanks for clarifying. In colombia, they have a national police certificate. Maybe something similar is available? If not, email the embassy and ask them.

Correct..two cities in one country. I thought the Seva Regional Passport office was national as it shows offices all over India,  but not 100 percent sure.

Just found reciprocity link. It is national for Indians at the regional passport office.
