I’m October 9 Pd but I’m following this group because I should be following shortly after. It’s been 5 months with TSC and this wait is too much. I’m really hoping that my husband is here by ending of this year. I am trying to remain busy but it’s like I’m obsessing over this. It’s too much😢

The website shows the processing time of Potomac takes 8-10.5m while TSC takes 6.5-8.5mo

Potomac Service Center is up to Nov cases while there isnt any Aug cases getting approved by TSC

I wish I was scheduled to PSC :(

And someone said the recent Sep case from TSC is a direct consular filing case. Is that true?

Their timeline says it is but I notice a lot of timelines say they are when they aren't. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure DCF cases don't go through the major service centers like TSC and also they have Malaysia listed as the beneficiaries country which isn't on the list of countries that can do DCF so I think this is a normal case.

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

Can you please tell me what the DCF timeline looks like? I can't tell the differences. They all look the same to me.

Congrats! I'm an August filer TSC, sadly still no update (no update from TSC folks in Aug thread as well)...  May I ask if you file for expedite case? Or its just the regular?

No, we did the regular route. Malaysia no longer allowed DCF. We didn't expedite the case either.

But we been married for 13 years, and we did filed I129F after I130. I am not sure that will make any difference. No news on the I129F tho.
