No , they just updated 2 days that our petition has been moved to NVC. That’s 10 days after our approval.

Hello everybody,

Did anybody file the i129f after receiving the noa1 from i130? And also did anybody from texas service center got any approvals yet?

I have the same question. I havent really seen any updates from the VJ timelines these days. Seems like the processing time gets slower and slower ....

My timeline originally said March and over the weeks it's been getting progressively worse to the point that it now says possibly June 😭

On the Facebook i130 forum the last approvals that has been reported was on July so hopefully September will be processed in March/April. The vj timeline is just a small piece to this puzzle.

Which Facebook group are you in ? I used Case Tracker App to search some random case numbers this morning. I saw many approvals from Pd late July. But I haven’t seen any Aug cases get approvals yet 😩 All the Aug 1 cases I saw were still pending ...

There have been a few May approvals and one March one here in the last few weeks so I'm crossing my fingers that that is why my timeline is so bad right now!

I saw an approval for Aug 6 and 1 for Aug 9 through the uscis app search. Just a couple but it tells you that’s where they are at. Hopefully more August ones pick up throughout March so us September people can be hopeful for April. I have given up hope for any September approvals in March.

Hey, I'm an August 10 filer at Texas. Could you possibly post screenshots from that app of these approved cases? You can blur the case numbers if there's worry about privacy. I've tried searching on that app and I can't work out how to find my slice of time! Thank you!

Look at dates before/after the approved ones to get an idea of the dates that are actually approved.
