Hello friends.

I am beginning to get anxious now, our PD is 09/25/2018, and haven’t heard anything from uscis just yet. I see approvals from October and I am wondering if there could be something wrong. Anyone who has potomac’s service line or could advise us on what to do please? Thank you.

Today is day 148 😞 and we keep checking the mail and online and there’s no news.

This is such an anxious wait. I feel sad everyday that it has to be difficult to be with our loved ones. 😔

I feel you. It seems as if I am the only one here that was transferred from Potomac. I have been calling the customer service number, been hung up on twice. Informed the petitioner/beneficiary info was incorrect, I had an RFE but nothing received in the mail but they don't see a RFE, unable to transfer, nothing they could do and I'm over it.🤯

I do not know. I never received any RFE notice. I inquired online and a document was issued about non delivery of a notice from them which mentioned the RFE and a copy but..no copy was in the letter.

This is so frustrating, what do you plan to do about it?

I don't know what to do. Honestly, I have been calling since Friday. From being on hold for 45 minutes to an hour at a time. I spoke to a Tier 2 officer twice, 1st one said please hold while I speak to my supervisor and call ended. 2nd one said I can't print the RFE notice. It hasn'tbeen 30 days..  thank you for calling...click.... (rude as ever).
