Hello, hope someone can help

me and im sorry if this question has been answered before or if its a dumb question.

My Fiancé have been doing research and we found out that we need an appointment letter to bring to the interview.

We receieved an email from NVC a few weeks ago stating that they have sent our case to the london embassy. Is that our letter?

Also when my fiance made his interview appointment he got a confirmation email? Is that what they mean by an appointment letter?

Thank you for your help :)

Hi Hannah,

Yes. So NVC email confirmation is required for Knightsbridge. Email confirmation your fiancé got when booking his interview is required for his interview.

Hi Jon,

Oh thank goodness, i was worried when i saw that we need a letter. I thought they meant an actual letter haha! Thank you so much Jon!

Could i ask you another question, if you dont mind?

Will my Fiancé (beneficiary) receive something in the mail like a packet of some sort from the embassy??

Thanks again! :)

Yeah sure. So he may (some report not too-but doesn’t matter!) receive a letter of email instruction of how to book his interview. That’s all I got mailed from the embassy. It’s just a simple letter with the link to the site for booking his interview. I assumed it was for those less internet savvy and just requiring guidance. I inserted it into our paperwork we took with us among other documents. It’s really not needed. If he doesn’t receive it (which some others don’t) don’t worry. He’s booked his interview and all he needs for entry is his email interview confirmation :)
