Just curious about this. I got an email from NVC, saying the case is created (IR1). After I logged into https://ceac.state.gov/IV, I noticed that interview location is Montreal. I'm located in BC. So I guess Vancouver consulate doesn't do immigration interviews? Did anyone ever had the interview in Vancouver?

Thanks!

CR/IR have been Montreal only for the past several years.  At least since 2014.  Vancouver used to process K1s, but that stopped in mid 2015.
